Returns and Exchange
We're happy to accept returns only if it meets the following conditions:
- If an incorrect product was delivered
- If the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect or damage.
All our products are handmade by experienced artisans, due to this process a slight variation in colour tone, shape or size may occur between products which are not regarded as a defect and will not be eligible for return or replacement.

If your purchase meets our return criteria, please email us at care@lovedwell.com or call us at +91 9867758073 within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:
- Order number
- Delivery address
- Specify the reason for the return, and in case of defective or incorrect product, please send us an image/video of the item
Unfortunately, we will not be able to consider any emails or images sent after 48 hrs of the delivery.
Upon receiving your request for a return, our team will evaluate your request and initiate the return process within 7-10 business days.
Once the return is completed, you will receive a credit note that would be valid online for 6 months.
We do not offer any exchanges.
For all accepted returns, we will issue a credit note immediately after we receive the product from your end which is valid online for the next 6 months.
Any items purchased during the sale are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Unless you received them in a poor/broken/damaged condition, we will send you a replacement of the same product. In the event of non availability of the product, we will issue you a credit note.
Please do not accept a delivery if the packaging is not properly sealed or is damaged.
For order issues such as damaged or defective products, please contact us at care@lovedwell.com within 48 hours of receiving the products, along with product images.

Shipping & Delivery
- We offer free shipping for all domestic orders above INR 3,500.
- Charges are based on the final weight and volume of the package to be delivered.
- We'll get your order to you as soon as possible! We aim to have your order with you within 5-7 business days.
- Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not set as business days for standard deliveries.
Our efficient communication systems are designed to streamline the entire journey from ordering to delivery, keeping you well-informed every step of the way.
Upon placing your order, you can expect to receive a prompt confirmation email or message, including an estimated delivery date and a unique tracking number for your package.
At Lovedwell, we understand the importance of quick deliveries, hence we offer our Express Shipping Service.
Once you place your order, you can email us at care@lovedwell.com with your order number and the date by which you need the product to be delivered. You will receive a confirmation about the same in an email within the next few hours.
Express Delivery is confirmed only once you receive the confirmation email about the same from our side.
In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to find an alternative solution to make your pieces reach you. In case of any queries and doubts, just drop us an email care@lovedwell.com.
Cancellation & Modification
We do not allow order cancellation. Once your order is placed, it is immediately processed.
Yes, your shipping address can be modified before the order is invoiced/dispatched. Once invoiced/dispatched, no changes can be made to the address.

When you place an order with us, each package is accompanied with a ‘Care Card’ for the product you have ordered. Also on our website, each product page has a care information description.
Yes you can. After placing the order, email us with your order number and your request to care@lovedwell.com
We take pride in our presentation so you can be rest assured it will be sent with love and care. Please note we do not include printed invoices or have prices on our product tags, your order number and your requirements. We will be happy to personalise it for you.

For bulk orders, we kindly inform you that we follow a policy of requiring 100% advance payment. As these orders are custom-made to your specific requirements, we do not offer returns or refunds.
